My name is Kevin Johnson and I have been a patient since it was Heritage Alliance and Kettering Healthcare bought them out. From July 2020 to August 2024 I had 11 foot surgeries between both feet and the first 3 I thought the universe didn't like me but surgeries 5 thru 11 I wrote detail journals each day for 30 days, how I felt any activity and medicine that was prescribed. In September 2025 had strange feeling in right foot so looked back thru the journals and found that's the start of a infection like many times in the past. Made appointment with PA Hannah Carr and explained to her the problem and she said nothing she could do because didn't see any signs of infection. I told her from past 11 surgeries by the time you see something it's to late a antibiotic pills 2 or 3 times a day will not take care of it you would need 30 a day. She sends me to have heart checked, why don't know never had heart problems and when the results came back better than people working at the hospital I couldn't ask fast enough want to check anything else I have never had a problem with. The next day stopped at Urgent Care and the nurse practitioner who was there alone running the Urgent Care said it's

Dr assumen is the best she truly cares about you!! She sent me to there because of a abnormal ekg then called me back on Monday to see how I was doing!! I will forever recommend her!!

I was unable to get an appointment with my physician, so I tried Kettering emergency. It was a wonderful experience. Dr attention as well as nurse performing tests. Quickly seen after paperwork. I highly recommend.

I made a new patient appointment online, waited 3-6 weeks for that appointment. On the day of, I called because I thought it was odd that I hadn't received a text reminder. They said that my appointment was canceled because that Dr isn't taking new patients. They rescheduled me. The day of THAT appointment, I received a call that there was family emergency and the Dr has to cancel. They rescheduled me again with a third Dr. A few days before that appointment (yesterday) I receive a MyChart message that there is a family emergency and they must reschedule me again. At this point I have made an appointment with another office that was able to get me in next week. I do not recommend this office, especially if you are trying to come on as a new patient , do not waist your time.
